Best Pastizzi in Mellieħa

"Owner is an absolute delight and the food was positively scrumptious. We were ready for some breakfast and my girlfriend and I decided to be quite cheeky and get some sausage rolls. She had a double sausage cheese and onion and I had two regular sausage rolls. They were so satisfying and the perfect pastry the morning before some shopping! They had so many items on the menu to offer including pizza with egg and hotdog, pastries, sausage rolls, bread rolls, burritos and more! The prices were equitable, with sausage rolls starting at €1.20. This is great as many places, particularly restaurants offer a exquisite dining experience but with a hefty price tag. This place is stellar, particularly noteworthy if you’re staying in one of the many local hotels located around Mellieha."

"I tried two different Pastizzi’s (a ricotta and a peas one) and they were both delicious and very affordable! The lady who served me was also very helpful! One thing to note before coming here is that it’s cash only. Luckily I had €1 and managed to get 2 Pastizzi’s 😊 I will be going back for more! 😅"

"Pastizzeria is Malta. The food is about 5000kcal per 100 gram, affordable and addictive. This place has awesome pastizzi, a selection of pies and friendly staff. I choose this any time over a fancy restaurant if i want my Malta experience."

"We spent about a week on Malta and this was our favorite Pastizzi of the trip! Loved the chicken Pastizzi! And it only cost 0.60€! Highly recommend stopping here before or after going to Popeye Village or if you are in the area for any other reason!"
